The grounds were well maintained and provided a pleasant environment.

The room had a noticeable musty smell, and this affected the overall comfort. This was persistent and detracted from the experience. I think that something needs to be addressed.

my wedding day went very well here. i thought the planners were very responsive and professional. the planners were helpful throughout the day. the location seemed beautiful and convenient.

the resort is huge and has lots of facilities. most restaurants served the same kids menu. overall food quality wasn't great. the thai restaurant did not have common thai dishes and this was disappointing.

I totally loved our swim-up room. it was very convenient, especially with the kids. we really enjoyed the gym and games facilities. The children aged 12, 17, and 20 used them often. the breakfast setting was gorgeous and the food was delicious (especially the pastries!).
